Priscilla has managed finances at the firm for 15 years. She has more than 25 years of experience in administration for manufacturers, construction, wholesale and professional services.
Priscilla volunteers at the Samaritan Center and with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. She was a finalist in the CNY Business Journal's 2010 CFO of the year. Priscilla brings a unique view of family business finance as she ran the finances for her father's family business, Packaging Supply Co. Inc for many years. She is a graduate of Niagara University with a bachelor's in business administration. Priscilla is trying to enjoy her new Kindle considering her home is filled with the noise of her three children, her husband, and a new puppy!
Jeff Cooper, Information Technology Manager

Jeff is responsible for the technological vision of the firm. Always thinking about "what's next", he oversees continuing maintenance and support of hardware, software, networks, and various facility systems. He also develops custom data, cloud, and other solutions so our staff, teams, and clients have a robust and dynamic environment in which to work and create.
He works with our Business, Design, and Operational Leaders to ensure we adhere to the most progressive standards in CAD/BIM, Document Management, and other disciplines, and is responsible for enabling smooth technological interactions while maintaining our security, data integrity and staff efficiency.
Jeff is a science geek (no surprise there), and volunteers for everything from blood drives to community events (often involving food in some form). He lives in Dewitt with his wife, daughter, dog, and a cat or two.
Jennifer Pelow, Human Resources Manager

Jennifer has been with King + King for 10 years. Her passion for leadership and emotional development has played a hand in shaping the firm’s direction around succession planning and developing the next generation of leaders at the firm.
Her duties also include: recruitment, training and professional development, firm structure and development, benefits administration, policies, performance, employee relations, and compliance. Jennifer’s passion for history and commitment to giving back to the community has lead her to serve on many of the Onondaga Historical Association’s largest fundraisers event committee. In addition, she volunteers her talents to Francis House by serving on the planning committee of their leading fundraiser, “There’s No Place Like Home”. Near and dear to her heart, Jennifer is dedicated to raising awareness and helping to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. In addition to raising support for the Great Strides Walk and advocating for the foundation, she has most recently joined the Board of Directors for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Central New York Chapter. Jennifer also dedicates time to King + King’s largest non-profit fundraiser, the Annual Golf Classic, which has raised over $80,000 for local non-profits.
Jennifer, her husband Rob and son Matthew reside in Kirkville with their two dogs. They enjoy extreme sports and love their Orangemen, GO SU!
Amy Lounsbery, RA, EDAC, Health Care Planner and Project Manager

Amy joined the firm in 2009. Through collaboration with healthcare leaders, our design professionals, and the community, her interactive knowledge based approach has led teams to have a tremendous impact. Her solid understanding of the environment’s impact on the most vulnerable of our society, the pressure healthcare professionals face, and her passion to design facilities that support our clients goals in this challenging time when reimbursements are changing, technology advancing, and lengths of stay shortening, she will challenge teams to think multi-dimentionally, consider the future, efficiencies, and those moves that will have the greatest impact toward success.
Amy enjoys presenting and attending national conferences to explore initiatives tied to evidence based design, research, latest trends in healthcare delivery, reimbursements, and considerations of innovative strategic design to support the success of the healthcare industry and the communities they serve.
She is active in the community and enjoys participation on the AccessCNY Board of Directors.

K-12 Design Studio
Our focus is creating superior academic environments that foster learning in ways that positively impact the youngest of students to teenage students and their teachers. Yet having established working relationships with the New York State education department, understanding budget constraints and interpreting state regulations is no small part of how we arrive at an end result that exceeds expectations.
Architecture is what helps define a community. Over the years, our firm has helped shape our city’s skyline as designers of such iconic local structures as the Onondaga County Courthouse, National Grid Building, Crouse College and much more.

About the K+K Internship Program
The Partners and staff are committed to providing young leaders an opportunity to develop their leadership, business and design skills through the K2 Internship Program. Each semester, we host 2-4 internships.
Intern Life @ K2
While the interns' responsibilities and tasks may vary by department and studio, all interns are united through intern orientation, All Things K2 quarterly meetings, studio and department planning and of course all of the various fun activities that happen throughout the year at our firm.
Most importantly, we want all of our interns to receive well-rounded, balanced exposure to all of the opportunities our company and industry has to offer. The internship experience will include emphasis on teamwork, leadership, design and civic engagement.

We receive hundreds of internship requests per year and have established a system to ensure anyone interested has an equal shot at joining our team through our Internship Program. These are formal programs that have specific application instructions and deadlines. New internship opportunities are posted and updated regularly so, if you don?t find what you are looking for, please be sure to keep checking our website for new opportunities.
Once you review the Internship Opportunities page and apply, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. All applications will be reviewed within one week of the application period closing date. If your application is selected, we will contact you to set-up an interview with our team. Any potential interns that make it through the application review, will be interviewed in person or via Skype.
Final internship decisions will be determined within one week following the end of the interviewing period. Accepted interns will receive an official offer letter to be signed and returned to King + King's HR Manager.
