Jason Benedict

Jason Benedict, AIA, LEED AP, Project Manager

Jason has been part of the team for more than 10 years. He manages and administers all project phases from inception through construction. His passion is seeing a design go from concept to actual bricks and mortar.

He holds his Associate’s in Drafting from Mohawk Valley Community College; his bachelor’s in Architecture from SUNY-Buffalo; and his master’s in Architecture from Syracuse University. He volunteers with Syracuse Habitat for Humanity, is a member of the “”School to College and Career Advisory Board” at East Syracuse Minoa CSD, and is a member of the Salute Military Golf Association, of which he is co-chair. Jason lives in Chittenango with his wife, Ann Marie, and son, Zachary.

Sarah Iole

In addition to being on our executive team, Sarah has also been named an associate of the firm.

Sarah has directed our strategic marketing + business development initiatives that include client relationships, marketing + branding, public relations and community involvement for six years. She brings more than 20 years of business development expertise and marketing savvy to her role at the firm.

With a strong commitment to community service and leadership, Sarah serves as former chairman for the Board of Directors for Father Champlin's Guardian Angel Society, she is a 1997 graduate of Leadership Greater Syracuse and active alumni. Sarah is a member of the Sales and Marketing Professional Services organization and the Strathmore Neighborhood Association. She has volunteered and held positions with various organizations including: The Onondaga Historical Association, American Heart Association, and Tip Club of Syracuse. She is a recipient of the Central New York – 40 Under Forty honor and the Distinguished Sales and Marketing Executives Award.

Sarah holds her bachelor's degree in education from SUNY Cortland and University College, Cork, Ireland. She is a certified core energy professional executive and life coach. She resides in Syracuse's historic Strathmore neighborhood and enjoys renovating old homes, travel, her country and loves entertaining family and friends. If you ever want to throw a party Sarah's your girl!

Amy Lounsbery

Amy Lounsbery, RA, EDAC, Health Care Planner and Project Manager
“My career mission is to create healing environments that promote well being for care givers and contribute to improved patient outcomes”

Amy joined the firm three years ago and in that short time has made a tremendous impact. Through an interactive knowledge based design approach the teams she leads strive to improve the health care environment by creating exceptional spaces that promote healing and wellness. Amy counts working with innovative design and health care professionals among her favorite parts of her job.

She is active in the community, enjoys participation on the Enable board of directors, and lives in Onondaga County with her three children, Nathan, Taylor and Keegan.

Chad Rogers

Chad Rogers, RA, LEED AP, Project Manager

Chad joined the firm in 2010 after 10 years of professional experience in Boston, MA. He provides day-to-day project leadership, with a significant scope of responsibility related to architectural design, client and business development, project problem solving, and team coordination.

Chad serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Syracuse Habitat for Humanity. He has a passion for participation with the firm’s community activities including those held on behalf of Vera House, the Food Bank of CNY, the Near Westside, and the Salvation Army’s Booth House.

Chad is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and is a licensed Architect in New York State, as well as a LEED accredited professional. He lives in Skaneateles with his wife, Kathleen, and daughters, Celia and Isabel. Chad enjoys golf, woodworking, traveling with his family, and is slowly improving his home-brewing skills.

Kerry Tarolli

Kerry Tarolli, LEED AP, Project Manager

Kerry has been with the firm for six years, coordinating and leading projects in our education market. Focusing on the future of education and how the built environment can shape its delivery, she enjoys challenging conventional concepts of instructional space.

She holds bachelor’s degrees in European History and French Language and Literature from Union College, and a master’s degree in Architecture from Syracuse University. In her spare time, she officiates women’s basketball and coaches soccer. Kerry lives in Camillus with her husband, Steve, and son, James.
