Starting with a Master plan and working with Oswego Health through implementation, the structure was planned and designed implementing strategies that directly support the goals established in initial Visioning Sessions, some of which were to create an environment of patient centered care, promote wellness, engage the community, encourage a payer mix, create efficiencies, implement sustainable strategies, and assist with staff retention/recruitment. The Health Center consists of Diagnostic Imaging, Women’s Services, Urgent Care, Primary Care, Lab, Physical Therapy, Occupational Health, Main Lobby with Concierge and Snack Bar, Administrative Suite, Medical Records, Building Support, Staff Support, and Kitchen.
