This project is a renovation of approximately 2,500 square feet on the 4th floor of Rome Hospital, adjacent to their Maternity Suite, that converts an underutilized existing wing into a Cesarean Delivery Suite. This Suite provides much needed support for the Maternity Unit, as currently the Hospital uses their General Operating Rooms on Level 1 of the Hospital for Cesarean Deliveries. This will allow better patient and infant experience, as well as better staff flow, by including a Cesarean Delivery Room on the same floor as the Maternity Unit. A renovation of the existing Maternity Waiting room was also completed to provide a warm and calming space for families and loved ones.
