Modernizing Learning, Wellness, and Athletic Spaces
Canton Central School District’s $38 million capital improvement project delivered meaningful upgrades across campus, enhancing student experience, safety, and community engagement. The project included 50,000 square feet of renovated space and introduced several key additions, including a new competition-ready pool, a modern fitness center, expanded Career and Technical Education (CTE) spaces, and a new synthetic turf field for athletics and events.
Additional upgrades to kitchen facilities, HVAC systems, and building security support the long-term comfort, functionality, and performance of the campus.

Expanded CTE environments provide flexible instructional space for technical education programs.

Expanding Student Opportunities
The project creates new opportunities for students through spaces designed to support wellness, hands-on learning, athletics, and school pride. New athletic and fitness facilities support student activity and community use alike.

Project Impact
The project reflects Canton Central School District’s continued commitment to creating modern, high-performing environments that support students, staff, and the broader community. The work was recognized with a 2024 Silver Excellence in Masonry Award.
