Providing More than Meals to a Hospital
The Clocktower Café is a renovation of approximately 5,000 sf at Crouse Hospital for their main Dining & Servery space, designed to provide visitors with meaningful moments of comfort and connection. Our team worked closely with the food service vendor and Crouse Health to develop a new layout to accommodate a variety in menu options, as well as improved flow through the Servery.
The updated Dining area includes a variety in seating for Staff, Patients, and Families, while remaining flexible to accommodate larger meetings and functions.
The entire space was updated with new finishes to reflect the Crouse Health brand, with a warm and relaxing feel throughout.
