Integrative Care Delivery Model

This project includes site development and a new 2-story, approx. 56,000 square foot Medical Office Building that provides outpatient services to the community.

The building design utilizes an Integrative Care Delivery Model which focuses on fostering patient centered care, operational flexibility/efficiency and staff collaboration.

With this approach, patients may be seen by several different specialists from the comfort of one room. The various departments are organized into ‘pods’ where exam and support spaces can be flexibly shared as demand and use changes throughout the day. The layout of the building is efficient, however adaptable to the ever-changing needs of healthcare.

Highly energy efficient and carbon neutral

The project is highly energy efficient, and carbon neutral, with robust thermal envelope and a closed loop hybrid geothermal system including 40 vertical wells. The design team utilized an integrative design process employing whole building energy modeling to arrive at the most efficient envelope and systems within the project budget.

Let’s create.

We believe architecture should be accessible, sustainable, and meaningful, with an emphasis on design that makes a positive and lasting impact.
